Where can I download My EcodialS?

You can download the My Ecodial S software for free by clicking here.

What does “Equivalent load” or “Other outgoings” mean?

MyEcodial S calculates a branch of a low-voltage electrical installation, made up of an incomer, a distribution circuit and a load. Practically speaking, each level includes other outgoing circuits that must be taken into account when sizing the protective upstream devices. That is why there are equivalent loads which represent all the other outgoing circuits that are not presented in detail in the project.

How can I display MV (medium voltage) protective curves?

Before displaying MV curve, the device has to be defined. First, go to the “Detailed properties” tab, then click on Q0 on the single diagram and finally fill in the properties form on the right. At this time, in front of “Definition mode”, choose “detailed” and follow the questionnaire.

Can I add two loads in my network?

My Ecodial S only manages 1 branche, if you need more, you should use My Ecodial L.

I just would like to calculate an extension, how can I do that?

It is possible. Choose as type of project Extension to an installation in the Project tab, then continue to define the existing installation in the Network tab.
